Mr. Hayat is a distinguished scholar and expert in international relations, with a Master’s degree in International Relations from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Law from Islamia College, Peshawar.
With a strong academic background and a passion for understanding global issues, Mr. Hayat has developed a particular interest in foreign policy, with a focus on China, India, and Pakistan.
