Currently serving as a Legal & Desk Officer for International Military Cooperation at the Ministry of Defence, she plays a vital role in facilitating defense diplomacy, international agreements, and legal compliance in military cooperation.

With a PhD in International Law and Legal Studies from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law and a second Master’s degree in International and European Law from the Russian Presidential Academy (RANEPA), Natalija brings a deep academic foundation to her work.

Having a strong presence in the non-profit organization management industry, she is known for her strategic thinking, creativity, and ability to navigate complex international legal frameworks. Mr. Hayat is a distinguished scholar and expert in international relations, with a Master’s degree in International Relations from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Law from Islamia College, Peshawar.
